Service Description

The goal of the Mentoring Program is to provide one on one and group mentoring for young women and young men. Our programs build on the young person’s strengths rather than focus on his or her weaknesses. The program represents a critical opportunity to engage them in one on one and group empowerment to build self-esteem, social skills, self-discipline, self-control and develop positive relationships with peers and adults. Dreams Empowerment Mentoring Program builds on the young person’s strengths encouraging a sense of positive determination and confidence. Mentees will engage in various recreational activities that encourage the development of team concepts and healthy competition
